Vanguard Equities engages Segall Group for Redevelopment Project

Segall Group Commercial Real Estate consulted with Vanguard Equities on their purchase of the former Circuit City property located at the corner of Pulaski Highway and Rossville Boulevard, known as Golden Ring Center.

Additionally, Segall Group has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for the re-development of the property.
