Segall Group is the exclusive leasing agent for a new development at 7301 Sudley Road in Manassas, Virginia. The project consists of a new 6,000 square foot building, which replaces a former Shoney’s restaurant. T-Mobile has leased 3,000 square feet and is scheduled to open in this Fall. Segall Group is currently in discussions with several other national tenants interested in the remaining 3,000 square feet.</p)
