RICHMOND, VA – Segall Group is pleased to welcome Ainslie Roland as an Associate in our growing Richmond office. Ainslie will focus on retail sales and leasing, serving the firm’s tenant and landlord clients across Central Virginia, the Tidewater region, and Southwest Virginia.
A Richmond native from the Short Pump area, Ms. Roland joins our firm after graduating from Virginia Tech with a major in Real Estate and a minor in Professional Sales. She demonstrated academic excellence, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Dean’s List honors all four years and ranking 6th in Virginia Tech’s prestigious Blackwood Department of Real Estate program.
While at Virginia Tech, Ainslie was awarded the Outstanding Community Service Award for her roles assisting fellow students as an Office Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Peer Mentor. She also achieved 3rd place and a scholarship in the Advanced Professional Sales Role-Play Competition. Prior to joining Segall Group, Ainslie gained valuable experience through an internship with the property management team at Colliers International, further developing her skills in the commercial real estate industry.
