Andrew has worked his entire commercial real estate career at Segall Group after graduating from the University of Richmond and entering the industry in 2017. He has assisted in the rollout of numerous brands, including The Learning Experience, Pollo Campero, Falafel Inc, Panda Express, Pivot Physical Therapy and AutoZone, completing over 75 lease and sale transactions. Mr. Lynch has also handled numerous landlord assignments, from re-merchandising traditional shopping centers to leasing single-tenant properties throughout the DC and Baltimore markets. In his free time, Andrew enjoys wide fairways, DC happy hours and watching Boston sports.
