Segall Group Commercial Real Estate recently negotiated two lease signings with Cold Stone Creamery and Speech Pathways at the Shoppes at Meadow Creek, a brand new retail and office development in Westminster, Maryland. Cold Stone Creamery will occupy 1,600 square feet on the first floor and Speech Pathways will occupy 2,717 square feet of office space on the second floor of the project’s main building. The landlord will be represented by José Santana.
The Shoppes at Meadow Creek is the newest retail and office development in Carroll County and its tenants include IHOP, Walgrees, Illiano’s Restaurant, M&T Bank and The Young School. Adjacent Meadow Creek residential community (200 units) is nearing sell-out, and an adjacent 190 unit residential development restarted construction.
