Chilangos Tequila Bar & Grill headed to Union Wharf in Fells Point

A Mexican restaurant from the family behind Highlandtown bar and restaurant Carlos O’Charlies is headed to Union Wharf.

Carlos Cruz II and his father, Carlos O’Charlies owner Carlos Cruz, hope to open Chilangos Tequila Bar & Grill early next month on the ground floor of the Fells Point apartment complex at 901 S. Wolfe St. They were granted a liquor license for the new restaurant Thursday.
