Segall Group Closes LA Fitness and Chick-fil-a Deals at Pasadena Crossroads Shopping Center in Glen Burnie

Segall Group client, The Hampshire Companies has delivered a completed pad to LA Fitness, which will construct a 42,000 square foot health club on the former site of the Jumpers Hole Cinema. Chick-fil-A will also be constructing a new restaurant at the site of a former Taco Bell. LA Fitness was represented by Geoff Mackler of H&R Retail and Chick-Fil-A was represented by Michael Patz of KNLB.
