Phenix Salon Suites signs three leases as the concept continues its expansion in the Mid-Atlantic.
The new Phenix locations will be opening later this year at The Shoppes at Meadow Creek in Westminster, MD, West Broad Village in Short Pump, VA and Market Square, Frederick, MD. Segall Group would like to thank Chesapeake Realty Partners, Peter Vick with NAI Eagle and Jeff Topchick and Bob Schwenger with JBG Rosenfeld Retail respectively for their help with these deals.
Phenix is a premiere salon suite studio concept based in Colorado Springs, CO with eight locations in MD and VA and is exclusively represented by José Santana of Segall Group. We are actively seeking additional sites in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
