Axios Retail, a Timonium-based real estate firm, hired Segall Group to reposition their recent acquisition at the prominent corner of Timonium Road and Greenspring Drive.
Built in the early 1970s, this property had great visibility and convenience to Interstate 83 but was beginning to show its age and needed a facelift to welcome it into a new era.  
New facades were added giving the property the welcoming and modern aesthetic to fully appreciate its potential.  

As a result of our efforts, the building is now 100% leased.

How we brought value

Segall Group viewed the property as ideally positioned to complement many nearby design-themed businesses.  The firm saw the re-merchandising as an opportunity to create a “collection” of such uses under the same roof.  Leases with Forbes Design, kitchen & bath shop and Visual Comfort & Co followed and the building is 100% leased.
