Panda Express is the largest fast-casual Asian restaurant company in the United States, with over 2,300 stores in 50 states and abroad.  
Panda Express continues an aggressive expansion of both free-standing, food court and non-traditional locations with a clean, contemporary design and a broad menu of traditional and innovative dishes.  
Panda’s Rollout Strategy includes a preference for purchasing free-standing, drive-thru capable sites in proximity to QSR peers and endcap drive thru and non-drive thru locations in more heavily trafficked urban locations.

The company has completed over a dozen transactions, including several it has sourced for the Cherng Family Trust, where Segall Group sourced the site and assisted with the acquisition, later leasing adjacent space to Panda in a completed multi-tenant building.
