Since the 1960's, Merritt Park Shopping Center has been a long standing gathering place within the Dundalk community.
Beginning in 2014, the center underwent a major renovation, bringing the total GLA to over 150,000 square feet and invigorating this community-centric location for a population starved for new retail and services.
Segall Group was retained to perform leasing servies for the newly-remodeled shopping center.

How we brought value

Segall Group’s Jamie Lanham completely re-merchandised the property, bringing in Jalisco’s Market and several new-to-market tenants, including Texas Roadhouse, Chili’s and Chipotle (fall 2023).
