Julie is a graduate of Catonsville High School, earned a Diploma in Data Entry and received a Scholarship from the Western School of Technology and Environmental Science. She attended Catonsville Community College.
Her professional experience includes the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), Miller Corporate Real Estate Services, Deutsche Bank/Alex Brown on the trading floor (NASDAQ) and Trout, Segall & Doyle, LLC.
