Jamie has 40 years of retail leasing and brokerage experience and has completed an array of tenant representation work with local, regional, and national F&B operators as well as retailers.
He has been successful helping to launch new concepts such as Mission BBQ, Atwater’s Café, and Pure Raw Juice as well as continuing expansion for groups such as Raising Canes, Flagship Cinemas, Urban Air Adventure Park, Turning Point Restaurant, Pappas Restaurant Group of Maryland, Su Casa Home, VKB Kitchen & Bath, Visual Comfort Lighting, Mattress Warehouse, 7 Brew Coffee, Ugly Dumpling Restaurant, Trader Joe’s, TileBar, Club Studio and many others. He has also completed deals with nationally recognized chefs such as Washington DC’s Robert Wiedmaier, Baltimore’s Foreman Restaurant Group and Raleigh Durham’s Scott Howell.
Jamie earned a double major in math and economics from Hampden-Sydney College and has won awards for retail merchandising and multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards.
Mr. Lanham is a 30+ year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the major international trade organization for retail and F&B real estate; and he holds broker licenses in Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina.
Jamie holds an Associate Broker’s license in Maryland and Broker’s licenses in Virginia and North Carolina.
