About
Jonathan (Jon) began his commercial real estate career in 2007 and has since developed extensive experience in all facets of retail leasing, sales and development. With a focus on tenant and landlord representation, Jon’s market knowledge and relentless pursuit of answers has led to a long chain of happy clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic such as Panda Express, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Kay Jewelers, Aspen Dental and AutoZone.
Jon also has a vibrant landlord practice and works with several teams responsible for the lease up of approximately three million square feet of new and existing space for landlords including Washington Prime Group (formerly Simon), GBT Realty, Churn Family Trust, Leon Capital Group, VEREIT, Schwaber Holdings and others across the Mid-Atlantic.
He received his BA from Goucher College in Business Management, where he was a four-year varsity athlete in basketball.
Jon is a member of ICSC and a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and Virginia.
