Greg brings decades of experience to Segall Group and will focus landlord representation in the Mid-Atlantic region and on both local and national Tenant representation.
Prior to joining Segall Group, Greg was the Retail Brokerage Lead for Washington, DC and Virginia for JLL, where he helped build a retail team of 15 brokers across the Mid-Atlantic region. Greg has strong knowledge of marketing, development, and negotiations to assist clients in achieving their overall goals through the implementation and execution of strategic development and leasing plans. Due to his vast experience, Greg has developed and maintains strong retailer and landlord relationships on national, regional, and local levels.
In addition to site selection and acquisition experience, his core competencies include national and regional roll-outs, lease negotiations, leadership, strategic planning, process development and implementation, recruiting, team building, and operations.
Prior to joining JLL, Greg built the Mid-Atlantic region into the #1 territory for Cold Stone Creamery in retail sales, Average Unit Volume (AUV), unit profitability, and rent factor (> 6.7%) for the entire country. He grew the region from zero units to 143 profitable locations in just over five years, while overseeing all design, construction, and operational aspects for the company.
Greg’s educational experience includes Bachelor of Science studies at the University of Maryland and the University of London. He is a member of ICSC and holds real estate licenses in Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Nevada.
