About
Eden Jakob assists with the firm’s development activities including asset management, underwriting, financing, raising equity, investor relations, and property management. His primary focus is achieving the firm’s long-term financial goals through his in-depth knowledge of capital markets and finance. He is ARGUS Enterprise certified and utilizes the model to run analyses for the firm.
Eden graduated from the University of Maryland in 2019 with a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting, and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2021. After graduation, he worked in public accounting in the New York City offices of BDO and RSM, where he audited public companies and advised on various private M&A transactions. He is currently working towards an M.S. in Real Estate Finance at New York University.
Eden values community engagement and is involved with several organizations such as JNF and UJA. A former volunteer firefighter and EMT in Baltimore County, he is a devoted Baltimore Ravens and Tottenham Hotspur fan. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, and exploring culinary offerings.
