Dave has over 35 years of tenant representation experience, specializing in brokerage representation on a local, regional, and national level.
He has successfully represented numerous major retailers throughout his career, traveling extensively for national tenants such as: Chico’s, White House Black Market, Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, Francesca’s, Talbots, and Pier 1 Imports, in the Midwest and Mid/South Atlantic regions. To diversify his tenant portfolio, he focused on the restaurant industry and was able to secure national accounts with Longhorn Steakhouse, Ruby Tuesday, Blooming Brands, and Wendy’s corporate. This led to further relationships in the food service industry. He also acted as a real estate consultant for a large Wendy’s franchisee in Alabama and Louisiana. He continues to work with restaurant chains, including a recently completed roll-out for Primanti Bros. in Pennsylvania. He also initiated and completed market roll-outs for MOD Pizza and Shake Shack throughout Richmond and Southern Virginia. He continues to work with several restaurants, including Mission BBQ in their expansion throughout Richmond, Tidewater, and the I-81 Corridor.
Dave currently exclusively represents Starbucks Coffee Company throughout Central Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and the Delmarva Peninsula. Dave is also the exclusive broker for Jersey Mike’s in Central and Northern Pennsylvania.
