About
Bryan graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management – Finance Concentration in 2010. In 2018, he received his Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School Edward St. John Real Estate Program.
Prior to joining Segall Group, Bryan interned for Greenberg Gibbons Commercial at their Hunt Valley Towne Center development in Hunt Valley, MD and American Asset Corporation at their Brier Creek Commons development in Raleigh, NC. Upon completing his undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University, Bryan served as a Project Manager with The Berg Corporation.
While at Berg, Bryan was responsible for executing the structural and selective demolition for some of the region’s most unique redevelopment projects, including The Hecht Company Warehouse in NE Washington, DC, the Residential Complex for the Chinese Embassy in NW Washington, DC and The Rotunda in Baltimore, MD.
Bryan is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, Delaware and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
