About
Ainslie graduated from Virginia Tech in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a Minor in Professional Sales. During her time at Virginia Tech, she served as an Office and Teaching Assistant for the Real Estate Department and was a Peer Mentor during her Junior and Senior year. Ainslie was honored with the REAL Outstanding Community Service Award for her exceptional service and leadership within the Pamplin College of Business. She also received a scholarship for the Advanced Professional Sales Course, recognizing her outstanding performance in role-plays and speed sell competitions.
Before joining Segall Group, Ainslie gained valuable experience through two summers of internships at Colliers’ Richmond office, where she worked with the Property Management Team. As part of the Adapt Team, she contributed to managing a portfolio of approximately 700 properties. Since joining Segall Group, Ainslie has successfully represented a range of local, regional, and national tenants, including collaborating with Billy Bryan of Whisk on bakery and diner expansions in Richmond. She works with Rolife, a Shanghai-based company expanding its 3D Craft Kits to the East Coast and represents Inspire Brands in its expansion efforts for Jimmy John’s and Dunkin’.
Outside of work, Ainslie enjoys attending Virginia Tech sporting events, spending time with family and friends, and indulging in detective fiction novels. An avid gym-goer, she makes fitness a priority in her spare time.
Ainslie is a licensed real estate salesperson in Virginia and works out of Segall Group’s Richmond office.
