Our tenant practice is the heart of our business. We guide our clients through a market entry process, prioritizing submarkets and executing on an agreed plan through discriminating site selection consistent with the client’s site criteria.
Our approach includes
- A spreadsheet of potential markets, including key demographic parameters that identify a tenant-specific customer profile;
- Market tours with appropriate support materials, including aerial photography, mapping and client-specific data;
- Negotiation of the business terms of a lease, including exhibits for Landlord and Tenant Work, Tenant signage, reserved parking and no-build areas and other deal-specific items;
- Full support for the Tenant’s “committee” or internal approval process. We procure detailed comparable sale and rent information, competitor sales volumes, and collect due diligence items including title, soil and environmental reports and surveys and aerial and mapping information.
