The story of Filicori Zecchini started in Bologna in 1919 with Aldo Filicori, Luigi Zecchini and a small workshop on the center of the city. It is here that the two founding partners discovered the secret of the perfect coffee: the roasting.
They decided to deal with the entire production of their precious blends themselves, from importing sacks of green beans, to the rich hot coffee you are served at the bar. Filicori Zecchini became synonymous with coffee recognized around the world as an inimitable representative of authentic, certified Italian Espresso.
